ABOUT US
Aspen Acres Market Garden has been in operation since 2016. We, Lucie and Tim Heins, grow chemical-free produce, using a bio-intensive growing method. We seek to preserve and improve the quality of our soil, which in turn produces high quality vegetables and fruit, in particular strawberries. We operate a farmstand every Sunday from 10:00qm - 4:00 pm. Strawberries and preserves are available throughout most of the summer. We do our part to provide you with fresh nutritional produce that only travels a short distance, reducing our environmental footprint.
